We will only accept 100% virgin hair. No pack hair! No Amazon hair! No used hair. Please ship hair to us as soon as you receive it. Upon receiving the hair, we will inspect the quality, and if we feel the quality isn't acceptable, we will promptly ship the hair back to you.

We are not responsible for any excessive shedding of the hair or balding of the lace. If this happens while the hair is in our possession, we will refund your money and will promptly send your hair back. We are also not responsible for any excessive shedding of the hair or balding of the lace occurs after you receive and wear your unit. 

Provide Your Own Bundle customization services include bleached knots, plucking of the frontal or closure, shampooing and conditioning, construction, and styling. There will be a fee for extra services such as color, bob cut, wand curl or crimps.

Turn around time for Provide Your Own Bundles service is 7 to 14 business days once the hair is received. Business days are Monday - Friday. Once you ship the hair, please provide me with the tracking number via email. We will send out an email letting you know that we have received your hair.
